Non-Medical Services: Respite Care, Companion Care, Alzheimer's/ Dementia Care, End of Life Care, Mobility Assistance. Services, Post-Operative Care, Medication Management, Catheter Care, Wound Care, Insulin/ Diabetes Care, Feeding Tube Management, Neurological Conditions. Basic Services: Transportation to Dr. appointments, housekeeping for interior and exterior, Meal Preparation, Pediatric Care, errands/ grocery shopping.

Tender Home Care is URGENTLY hiring for a Registered Nurse! We work in our clients homes and work in a one on one setting. Our RN's are able to enjoy the flexibility of making their own schedule to fit their lifestyle.

As a Registered Nurse for Tender Home Care, your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to the following:
-Assessments of new clients and reassessments of current clients
-Delegations of medical tasks for caregivers
-Medication management and training caregivers on Medication management
-Making your own appointments and managing your own schedule
-Teaching of procedures and functions of equipment
-Documenting all visit notes and doing all paperwork associated with the visits

We work in our clients home or the facility they live in. Our RN's travel to all scheduled appointments, so a car and driver's license, and vehicle insurance is a requirement. Experience with all of the above is preferred. Apply in person at Tender Home
