I think I’m SUPER weird, and for so long tried to hide my weirdness so people thought I was cool and chill. 😎I got SOOO sad because I wasn’t living my life as the real me 🥺 I hid who I was with this fake personality. Letting myself be unapologetically weird has been such a refreshing way of living life. I love being me all the time, and I have attracted some super awesome weirdos into my life because of it. 🥳

Making friends as an adult is hard, being vulnerable is hard. Moving to a new city and having to create a new support system isn’t easy.

But just like dating, there has to be effort. May these effort start with your thoughts: that you deserve healthy, nurturing, and reciprocal relationships and that your issues are NOT a burden.

And this is your reminder that just because you don’t yet have this network, doesn’t mean that theres something wrong with you.
