Quick and easy tip: Before every weightlifting session do a 10 minute warmup on any cardio machine. Nothing exhausting, just a warmup to get the body primed for movement. Bilateral movements such as walking or an exercise bike get the brain going as well 💪

Whole eggs are a complete protein source along with healthy fats. They are a great way to start the day. Hard boiled eggs keep for about 7 days so they are something you can make in advance for the entire week.

Wrestling Season is here. Stay strong throughout the season with in-season workouts. Subscribe to the workout plans below and do each plan once a week. Base these strength workouts around your practices and matches. Here's what you need for each workout plan:

-Access to free weights (barbells, dumbbells, bench)
-Each workout should last no more than 60 minutes and plans renew monthly @ $10 each.

For over 20 years I have personally challenged myself to continually improve upon my own health/fitness accomplishments. That journey has been rewarding and has taught me a great deal about establishing and reaching goals. It has also taught me about failures and how to bounce back and come back stronger physically and mentally.

I am now setting out on a career venture to help others attain their goals and make health/fitness a part of their lifestyle. Being involved in the field of education for 17 years (5 as a teacher and 12 as a principal) I have learned the necessary strategies on how to inspire and motivate others to learn.

I'm looking forward to this new venture and I am excited to show others that your goals are indeed attainable. Contact me and I will show you how to do that by harnessing the power of your Body, Heart, and Mind.
