Our Mission is to provide local education, guidance and support of families, caregivers and professionals affected by Alzheimer’s Disease and other related dementias; and to advocate for the medical, social, psychological and financial needs of those affected by these diseases.

We are so excited to have Jake from StarHeart playing music for us this year, which we would like to give a HUGE shoutout to Chapters Living of South Bend for sponsoring!

And of course, food is always important to have especially with donations from both Waka Dog & Taphouse on the Edge this year!
