Yin yoga is a slow, deep relaxing class focused on long held, floor-based poses that target connective tissue and joints.
We will settle in, breathe, and let gravity do most of the work. Expect stillness, deep stretches and plenty of time to notice all the thoughts you usually ignore when moving faster.
This class is less about effort and more about surrender....no sweating...no rushing and a calm place to settle in and get comfortable.
