Just Being: Natural Meditation (NJ) Join us on Sundays at 9AM at Aikido Schools of NJ, in Roselle Park and online via Zoom.

Founded by Dean and Maggy Sluyter, our sangha is devoted to nondual, contemplative approaches of Buddhist and Advaita teachings. We focus on directly experiencing the awareness and peace always present – even in the midst of seeming chaos and uncontrolled thoughts. It is this "sky-like awareness" that we come to recognize as our true nature, and in which we may choose to effortlessly abide at any

moment. Our intention is to take the fruits of this direct experience “off the cushion” and into our everyday lives.
