Shavasana begins in stillness.
The body rests, heavy and quiet.
The breath slows on its own.
A single strike of an old Japanese bell opens the space.
Clear. Deep. Grounding.
It signals a transition — the mind releases the day, the body lets go.
Then light Orin tones appear.
Soft, high, and gentle.
They don’t pull you down — they lift awareness, calm the nervous system, and soften the body from the inside.
Nothing is required.
The sound does the work.
This is not sleep.
It’s the space in between —
where everything settles
