❓What did your breakfast look like? 👉🏽For us, oatmeal is almost always on the menu, I just change it up everyday by adding different ingredients.., Today besides the usual- I added a teaspoon of coconut oil & a teaspoon of vanilla! Yummm! 😋😋😋

Not sure what to eat? Have a green smoothie!!
This one has: Spinach; 2 teaspoons of moringa leaf powder; cacao powder; oats; generous spoonful of peanut butter; and some unsweetened Almond Milk (for a sweeter drink - used sweetened plantbased milk)
