This month we kick off 2026 by celebrating our first Vocational Spotlight, Ayokor A.

Ayokor was a recent Kology Award nominee and continually goes above and beyond in our cafeteria program. Through our ServSafe-aligned food service training, she has built strong vocational skills that support her long-term success.

Ayokor has been part of the Inroads community for 20 years and brings dedication, reliability, and genuine joy to her work every day.

Congratulations, Ayokor. Thank you for all that you do.

National Law Enforcement Appreciation Day!

Last week, members of our staff and participants from our TransitionPLUS program were invited to the Roselle Police Department at Borough Hall by Captain Michael Sojka for National Law Enforcement Appreciation Day.

Participants toured the station, met local officers, and learned firsthand about the important responsibilities involved in protecting and serving our community. We are grateful to the Roselle Police Department for welcoming our group and creating a meaningful, educational experience for everyone involved.
