This last Saturday, our ambassadors were helping out at GHC’s Spring Wellness Fair - helping out with blood pressure and glucose screenings📈, bracelet making✨, nutrition education🍽️, and gardening education🌱

The seniors at Langley Center appreciated this lively event thanks to the volunteers, where they also learned about Alzheimer’s, How to Prevent Falling, and healthcare resources.
