Dr. P**n, a pediatric orthopaedic surgeon at Shriners Children’s Southern California, exemplifies these values through her dedication to culturally responsive care, inclusion, education, and clinical and academic excellence. Her work — spanning early-onset scoliosis, spinal deformity, limb deformity, and clubfoot — is matched by her national leadership and service, including board roles with both JRGOS and POSNA.
