Most of my clients are surprised when they start to “just feel good again”.
It’s something they hope will happen, but often feel like it won’t ever happen again because they have tried so many other approaches that have not stuck for them.
It’s hard at first for them to explain exactly what that means. It’s even hard for me to put into words what I have seen and heard dozens of times in my clients' voices. But once you KNOW, you KNOW.
(I'm sure there is some acronym here the kids use these days, but just like I like real food, I like to use real words!)
You just know that something has shifted, and you are starting to feel better than you had been.
Through coaching conversations, they began to see that it means different things at different stages of their journey.
Perhaps it’s feeling the energy to plan a meal or two for the week AND do the grocery shopping.
For some, it’s that they have the energy to do the activities they used to enjoy.
For others, it’s doing those activities without pain.
Each person starts to see that health and wellness aren’t just one thing, such as “eating healthy food”.
They see that each meal is connected.
Connected to how they are sleeping.
Connected to their energy levels throughout the day.
Connected to their overall mindset and how they view health & wellness.
And connected to those with whom they share their meal around the table.
