**Visiting Surgeon**

*This week I was very happy to host Dr. Danielle Meels, a cosmetic surgeon with an aesthetic practice in Belgium🇹🇩.

*She spent a couple of days with me in the OR watching surgery and learning my technique. We also took time to talk about the joys and pitfalls of running a cosmetic practice, which EVERY doctor has those stories to share.

*Ultimately, the main topic we discussed were the benefits of doing facelifts under LOCAL ANESTHESIA, which is the safest method for performing facial rejuvenation procedures.
