Hello everyone,

A lot of us are understandably very worried about a second Trump presidency.

Many of us are taking to the internet and talking to friends and family about our fears and frustrations.

This is good!

But.

Over the next several weeks you're likely going to hear a lot of negativity and push back from Trump voters. Many of them are going to say that you're over reacting or consuming too much "propaganda".

This is why we need to connect with and support each other.

Over the coming weeks people are going to try to invalidate you, make you feel like you're over reacting, fear mongering, or worrying about nothing.

You are valid, I see you, and there are many of us here who are very afraid for very valid reasons.

We don't know for sure what he will do, but we do know that our community, especially our trans siblings, are the current identified other and they will do a lot to try to hurt us.

Hang in there. Find community. Stay close to those who love you.

Stay.

We need you.

To everyone who is really worried about a potential Trump return. You are not alone. Reach out to community, get connected with support, take care of yourself. You are loved and we need you.

There are so many in the LGBTQ community who are really suffering right now and it's going to be a very difficult week/month...year ahead for us.

Please be kind and check in on your loved ones in the LGBTQ community.

As election day nears, I have been hearing from more and more people in the LGBTQ community who are really worried. Trump and others in the republican party have been ramping up anti-trans rhetoric and people are understandably scared. I wrote this article to help people in the community during this difficult time.

This one has been coming up on tik tok a lot recently. Driving tearing up while listening to it yesterday.
I've known sooooo many q***r folx whove been hurt by intolerance, rejection, and misunderstanding from loved ones.
Please.
If you love someone who Is q***r, polyamorous, or anything you don't understand or feel comfortable with. Take the time to connect with them and try to understand their hearts. The more you reject and push away, the more you risk losing that person T_T

Hello world!
It's me! ^_^
Over the last 3-4 years I had largely stepped away from working on expanding my practice. I was working on a large website I had created, left that behind a year and a half ago, gave myself some time to adjust and focus solely on life and seeing clients.
Now I'm back again hoping to work on connecting with other therapists, networking, and hopefully writing on a regular basis again.
I'll be posting updates here as I delve back into all the things therapy related that happen outside of sessions :-p
