Here’s some tough love and hard truth. Consistency doesn’t care that you’re tired. It doesn’t care that the clocks moved forward or that you went to bed late. It doesn’t care how much doubt others have in you or how much criticism you get on a daily basis. It doesn’t care if you post it on social media or not. Quite simply - it doesn’t care.

Yet, consistency is easy when things are going well.
It’s easy when you’ve developed a habit.
It’s easy when you’ve developed tough skin to deal with the criticism.
It’s easy when you’ve made the commitment to yourself to see it through and have the discipline to make that a reality.

Consistency doesn’t care. It’s hard, yet easy. Most importantly, it’s worth it.

10 days could be your first step to better health both mentally and physically. This is what I’m asking…

Do this!

✅ Drink. 1-2 servings KetoNAT (First serving when you wake. Again in the afternoon!)

✅ Eat. 2 meals. Lean, clean and green. Prioritize protein, green veggies, low carb at 12noonish and again at 6pm.

✅ Hydration. Drink that water. Aim for a gallon.

✅ Move. Get some steps in! Walk 20 mins. Maybe more. Make your body to go for stored fat.

Just get in where you fit in, but CHALLENGE YOURSELF!! Will you commit to 10 days with me?
