I started doing this about two years ago instead of the typical “New Year’s Resolution.”

The best way I find it effective to live by these words is to say it as often as I can to others especially in January so they stick in my brain (as they say it takes 30 days for a habit to begin to form) and then from there I instill them into my daily life personally and professionally.
