Beginning Jan 1, 2026, DHS requires all agencies to use Electronic Visit Verification (EVV). Paper timesheets will not be accepted for billing. Agencies that don’t comply risk:

🚨 NEW PAY STRUCTURE ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨

At Bhutanese Home Health Care Services (BHHCS), we believe in recognizing the hard work and dedication of our employees. 💙

Our caregivers will be paid under a Tiered Pay Structure based on verified hours worked:

✅ L0 – $20.00/hr (0–1,000 hours)
✅ L1 – $20.50/hr (1,001–2,000 hours)
✅ L2 – $21.00/hr (2,001–6,000 hours)
✅ L3 – $21.70/hr (6,001–10,000 hours)
✅ L4 – $22.50/hr (10,000+ hours)

As part of the Minnesota Care Force Incentive Program, we are thrilled to award a $770 bonus per eligible employee. This program was created by the State of Minnesota to support and recognize direct care professionals like you.

✅ Eligibility Details

Employees must have been actively employed with BHHCS during the official submission window (August 15 – September 30, 2024).

Only current BHHCS employees who meet the program rules qualify for this incentive.

Eligibility is determined by the state’s program guidelines — not by BHHCS alone.

If you qualified: We will give you a call directly. You may also call our office if you’d like to confirm your eligibility.

💡 If you did not qualify this round, do not worry. At BHHCS, we are committed to making sure every employee is recognized. When the next round of incentive bonuses becomes available, we will do everything we can to ensure you are rewarded for your hard work and dedication. 🌟

📌 Important Bonus Information

This incentive will be issued as a physical check.

Checks must be picked up in person at our office on September 5, 2025.

Funds may only be deposited starting September 12, 2025.

💙 Caregivers — did you know Minnesota’s Enhanced Rate Program can increase your base pay by about 7.5%?

Here’s how it works:
✅ Clients must either receive 10+ hours of PCA/CFSS services per day or have a “TG” (intensive) home care rating.
✅ Caregivers complete DHS-approved Enhanced Rate training and pass the DHS test.

Once those requirements are met, you qualify for the higher rate. 🌟
