If you’re taking Reta now or thinking about it, please understand that balanced diet is essential for weight loss. Starving yourself will not be the answer because I have seen people’s metabolic rate crash and they get extreme fatigue.

When we repeat your bloodwork, we see that things don’t look good in terms of metabolism. You need to eat in order to fuel the system. If you don’t fuel the system, the body shuts down. And then you get fatigue and then you get less metabolic output and you need that metabolic output in order to burn fat.
