Diamond Tier Fitness We are Roseville’s premier women-focused fitness and nutrition team working with athletes from all over the area.

We are a husband-and-wife team and Roseville natives who have proudly been part of this community for over 40 years. Along with our team of highly educated trainers and nutrition coaches, we’ve spent years helping women of all ages and backgrounds feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in their bodies. No matter where you’re starting or what season of life you’re in, we meet you where you are. Our training methods are simple, effective, and designed with women in mind. We teach you how to lift safely and confidently, so you can build strength without fear of injury or intimidation — because strength training is one of the most powerful tools women have for feeling energized and empowered. When it comes to nutrition, we believe in balance, not restriction. You don’t have to survive on chicken and rice to see results. We take an individualized approach that supports fat loss, hormones, and overall well-being while still allowing you to enjoy the foods you love. RATED TOP 5 IN ROSEVILLE

Last night .jenae (Jenae) and I found out that Diamond Tier Fitness was voted one of the Top 5 gyms in Roseville, out of more than 25 gyms in the area. Specifically, we placed 4th in the Momentum category, which honestly feels pretty fitting for where we are right now.

The past year has brought some big changes behind the scenes. Last August, our original partnership came to an end and Jenae and I stepped fully into running the gym together, our way. Since then, we’ve been able to bring several of our original ideas to life, the first being something I had wanted to do for a long time — turn Diamond Tier into a women’s-only gym. That vision had always been on my heart, and seeing how much our members love and support that space today has been incredibly rewarding.

The growth we’ve seen in our gym, our coaching team, and our community has been amazing. After 3 ½ years in business, it’s incredibly meaningful to see the hard work paying off and the momentum building in the direction we always hoped it would — and in just a matter of less than 6 months!

When things changed last August, our true community really showed up. So many of you stood beside us as we continued building this space into what we always believed it could become. We’re incredibly grateful for our coaches (and family), especially (Mariza) and who have done so much for Jenae and I (and our amazing members), and for the family members who stepped in to support us along the way. That support has meant more to us than we can put into words.

To our coaches and the incredible women who show up here every day — this recognition belongs to you too. Diamond Tier Fitness is now a space for women to grow stronger, more confident, and feel supported, and we’re so thankful for every single one of you who walks through our doors. 💎
