I work with women in their 30’s for preventative health strategies and new habit forming to achieve great skin, balance hormones naturally, lose weight, and reduce stress in their lives BUT I meet SO many in their 40’s who have no idea when they have last had their bloodwork 🩸 done! This is a necessity to stay healthy! BY 40, it’s HARDER to try to put these changes into your lifestyle or turn back time on your health! 🍃
