Many of us set goals of eating healthier, to lose weight, try this diet, that diet and yet still not losing the weight, dealing with angry skin from hormone imbalances, and all while dealing with the every day stresses of no time and no time for yourself.

No time for any fitness routine.

Only time for quick meals that are highly processed or have no nutritional value.

Relying on caffeine to get through the day or the week.

Relying on alcohol to relax and so on…
