This will only run for 3 days! You wont want to miss this sale!!!
• This sale has NO Electricity, or Running water.
• There are NO Bathrooms! There is a porta potty about 6 min away from location.
• Winters and Napa are the last areas for regular restrooms. It's recommended that you stop for a bathroom break.
• BRING GLOVES, MASKS and FLASHLIGHTS. It is dark and dusty in most areas.
• We recommend bringing SNACKS and WATER.
This is a large sale, and you will likely be here for a while.
• Please wear closed toe SHOES (NO SANDLES) The ground will likely be somewhat muddy due to rain.
• Bring your own boxes and bags. These will not be provided.
• Please be courteous and patient. This sale is huge. Some areas are going to be crowded.
• Not everything will be priced. Some prices will be looked up at check out. If you have questions about unpriced items, don't hesitate to ask.
• Some areas are small and cramped. Be patient and kind.
• Disrespect will not be tolerated. If we find you are being destructive or making unnecessary messes, you will be told to leave the sale.
• This sale is in the foothills, so snakes may be present, though none have been spotted near the house. Be aware of your surroundings.
• The gate will open at 9am and we will close at 3pm. We will not let people in after 2:30pm. Plan accordingly and show up with adequate time to shop.
