- Someone suffers from sudden cardiac arrest (SCA) every 90 seconds in America
- SCA can appear with no signs, symptoms or warnings
- 4 out of 5 SCAs occur in the home or workplace (to someone you know)
- Brain damage can occur within 4-6 minutes without this life-saving treatment
- It takes typically 9-11 minutes for an emergency response unit to arrive
- 92% of all SCA victims die before reaching the hospital without bystander CPR

CPR/AED TRAINING & CERTIFICATION WILL TEACH YOU TO:
• Provide proper compressions and rescue breathing during CPR to Adults & Infants
• Properly use an automated external defibrillator (AED) in addition to CPR
• Manage choking emergencies and administering the Heimlich Maneuver
• Learning when to call for help (BLS/Heathcare Provider Certification also available)

FIRST AID TRAINING & CERTIFICATION WILL TEACH YOU TO MANAGE:
• Choking emergencies, using the Heimlich maneuver and effective infant back blows
• Heart attack, seizures, stroke, diabetes, shock and unconsciousness
• Head, neck and spine injuries, broken bones and sprains
• Bleeding, burns, cuts, tourniquets and wound care
• Poisons, stings, insect and animal bites
• Asthma, inhalers and other respiratory difficulties
• Allergic reactions, skin rashes and how to use an Epi-pen
