Something I’ve been thinking about lately…
When people come into our office, sometimes they are hesitant to start whole food supplements because they want to research every ingredient first.
Which I actually appreciate — people should care about what they put in their bodies.
But it also makes me curious about something…
Many of those same people have been taking multiple medications for years and have never looked up the ingredient list or potential side effects.
And that always makes me wonder…
Why do you think people tend to question natural things more than medications?
Is it because:
1️⃣ We’ve been taught medications are automatically safe
2️⃣ Natural supplements feel unfamiliar
3️⃣ It’s easier to trust what a doctor prescribes
4️⃣ We’re just conditioned to think prescriptions are the normal solution
5️⃣ Something else
I’m genuinely curious how people think about this.
No right or wrong answers — just interested in the perspective. 👇
