Intent to apply form is due August 1st for the 2-day ANPT Knowledge Translation (KT) Summit at CSM as a Pre-con, February 10-11 in Anaheim. This workshop will teach clinicians, managers and scientists about the practice and science of KT, which is a process that can be used to implement evidence-based practices (EBPs), and result in the development of an action plan to implement an EBP at the participant’s clinic.
