ANPT has formed a Consumer & Care Partner Task Force to help ensure that our resources and services are meaningful, accessible, and aligned with the needs of the communities we support.

If you represent an organization that supports individuals with neurologic conditions, we invite you to complete a brief survey to share your perspective on how physical therapy is currently represented or engaged and where opportunities exist to better support consumer understanding and autonomy.

The survey takes approximately 5–10 minutes to complete. Your input will help guide the development of future consumer-facing resources related to neurologic physical therapy. Please feel free to share this survey, too.
