Excrllent customer service! Very sweet & thoughtful. And Doctor Ahmed was as well. Explained everythong he was doing and was aware of any discomfortt his exam may. Cause.he and one of his staff eventransfered me to a different chair to have a procedure done( (I''m a recovering stroke survivor,still working on standing and walking)

I never really post anything publicly on social media but this was the exception. The staff at Innova was simply exceptional in every aspect of our interactions. I mean this is a place that feels like it should be in Beverly Hills! The equipment is state of the art and the facility is exceptionally clean. The doctors love and care for his patience is obvious and it's reflected through the entire staff. Honestly who enjoys going to the dentist... I think it's safe to say no one! But I actually enjoyed every visit that I had. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs specialized dental work.

Gum disease doesn’t just affect your gums. It can take a serious toll on your teeth as well. It starts with plaque buildup, leading to inflammation and deep periodontal pockets where bacteria thrive. Everything about Innova was impressive. From the front desk staff, to Manny the assistant and then Erinn the treatment planner and of course, especially , Dr Ahmad. He inspired confidence and explained my upcoming procedure well! The office is sparkling clean and everyone is friendly and helpful! But the best bonus is that Dr Ahmad is a proud Wolverine!
