My new article is live in DeW Magazine ✨

This one is personal.

It’s about the shift from doing it all alone… to finding the power of the right pack. Because the truth is, building something meaningful was never meant to be a solo sport.

Grateful to DeW for the feature. Would love to hear what resonates 🤍

Lisa has been one of my closest friends for years, and if you know her, you know how much heart she brings into everything she does. As a mom, a friend, and a woman building something of her own, she does it all with so much purpose.

Launching her podcast “For Better or Work” is such a natural extension of who she is. Thoughtful, honest, and creating space for conversations that actually matter. 🤍🎧

Honored to highlight her this month and always in her corner!

If ownership feels harder than it should, it’s probably not just the workload. ⬇️

A lot of what makes this season feel heavy isn’t talked about enough, especially in dentistry. Sometimes clarity comes from just having the right conversation with someone who understands the weight of it.

If that’s something you need, you can book a call on my official website. No pressure. No selling. Just doctors helping doctors. 💛🥼

There are so many roles we carry behind the title. Some seen, some not. But all equally important. 💚

Lately, it’s been a mix of chaos and calm… but here are some little moments I don’t want to forget. 🤍

-Me in a bod pod getting my annual executive health physicals. Eliot and I have a friendly competition for who can be the healthiest. I drink wine and eat M&Ms while he stretches and workout at 5AM every morning and my panel will still beat him. 😂

-Wes getting a 3-D scan for an expander.

-Fashion show w/ Max and Molly 🐾
