Support patients with scheduling, records, and insurance verification

Handle phones and provide friendly, professional service

Help with office operations + marketing

Be a proactive problem-solver in a dynamic environment

Strong communication skills (verbal + written)

Clerical/administrative experience (insurance billing a plus)
