A year ago tomorrow. I realize I have been slacking on my yoga instagram and to be honest I’ve been slacking on my own yoga practice. With two littles, a lash business to run and trying to balance my relationships, my life, my healthy and fitness, and drinking enough water I sometimes feel a little spread thin. I luckily do teach yoga everyday and I do it with my students to help them visually. Even if it’s prenatal yoga it also in many ways helps myself postpartum. My son is just about a year old and I will honestly say it really has only been the past few months that I have really dove back into my fitness and really doing more than I ever have. It makes me feel good but I also believe because I took my time to heal from the inside out my body is making the changes it needs at its own pace without any hurry, pain, regression or injury. With social media we tend to compare so we force ourselves back into something our bodies aren’t ready for, I’m guilty of it too. But let you body heal please. Okay I went on a tangent and I really just wanted to say...more content will be coming I promise. I get this baby rolling. The roseville area is begging for more prenatal/postpartum yoga. I’m your girl! With my mom being a hippie L&D nurse (originally at Sutter Davis if that helps you understand), my two awesome natural births, and my training I truly want to share what I have learned and I would love to continue to learn even more, not only through school but also from other mamas and students. Stay tuned Mamas😘💕
