Join us for a special Earth Day gathering designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and realign with what truly matters.

In a world that constantly pulls us outward, this is your invitation to come back inward…

We will begin by meeting at THE STUDIO Martial Arts & Fitness and then carpool to the peaceful setting of Folsom Lake, where we will experience the beauty of nature together as the sun begins to set.

Myth: Energy healing is a religion
Truth: Energy healing is not connected to any religion. It is a holistic wellness practice focused on relaxation, stress reduction, and supporting the mind-body connection. People from all walks of life experience benefits.

Myth: Reiki or energy healing is a cure-all
Truth: Energy healing is not a replacement for medical care and does not promise specific outcomes. What it can do is help calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and support the body’s natural healing abilities.

Myth: Energy healing isn’t real
Truth: You may not see energy, but you feel it every day. Think about how quickly stress affects your body… or how peaceful you feel in nature. Energy healing simply helps your body shift from stress mode into a state of restoration.

And while there is nothing wrong with unplugging sometimes, too much mental junk food can leave you feeling drained, anxious, distracted, or even hopeless.

Expanding your mind and consciousness often begins with a simple but powerful choice:
Be intentional about what you allow into your mental space.

Instead of automatically reaching for your phone, try reaching for something that feeds your growth:
• A book that makes you think
• A podcast that inspires you
• Time in nature that grounds you
• Meditation that centers you
• Conversations that elevate you

Your brain is always listening.

🌎 Earth Day Healing Gathering | April 22 🌅

This Earth Day we gather in community and intention to honor the Earth, reconnect with ourselves, and ground into what truly matters.

Join us for a beautiful and heart-centered evening that will include:

✨ Sunset connection at Folsom Lake

Sedona Activation & Ascension Weekend 🏜️✨

I am beyond grateful to have experienced the Sedona Ascension Retreat this weekend. There is something truly indescribable about being surrounded by Sedona’s majestic iron-rich, crystal-infused mountains. The energy here feels alive… grounding, activating, and deeply transformational all at the same time.

The presenters were absolutely incredible, each bringing powerful wisdom, healing frequencies, and heart-centered messages that reminded us all why we are on this path. The vendors added so much beauty to the experience as well, offering intentional tools, sacred items, and services that support growth and higher alignment.

What always stands out to me most in these spaces is the community. Being surrounded by conscious, like-minded souls who are all committed to healing, evolving, and raising their vibration is something truly special. When we gather with intention like this, something shifts collectively. You can feel it.

This experience left me feeling inspired, expanded, recharged… and yes, totally activated.

I’m returning with so much gratitude, deeper connection, and even more passion for the healing work and community gatherings we continue to build. Experiences like this remind me how important it is to create spaces where people can come together to heal, connect, and transcend.
