“I joined this challenge last minute thanks to Austin pushing me to go for it. I was hesitant at first, but once I committed, I locked in.
I removed distractions—especially social media—and replaced them with podcasts during my morning walks. That shift helped me refocus, restructure my routine, and prioritize what mattered.
The biggest lesson was learning to detach from the outcome and focus on my daily inputs. Between January 2nd and March 16th, I completed 1,374,595 steps—that’s 687.3 miles.
This wasn’t just about weight loss—it was about discipline, mindset, and proving what’s possible when you fully commit.”
