During reflexology I had a client say "I've opened up to you way more than I do with most people" my response was ...the relaxing stress-free environment along with my empathic introverted personality many people open up to me and it also aids in the healing process ! I also said what gets said from the chair stays here!

Had some very nice compliments from clients .....one who came to me once but then stopped decided to try it "regularly" and now said his digestive system is working better than it has in 5 years!! After just a few months on Reflexology! Another client has a foot issue and his Dr said he would be in a wheelchair soon. He decided to try Bliss and now it's been over a year and no wheelchair. Dr can't believe it! Gotta love natural healing. 💕

One of my favorite ways to destress is reading a good book in the bath. Find ways to destress you all. Everyone does it in different ways. Reflexology is a great way to do it too!
