SO excited to announce a new team member at TLG, Maya Sisodia, MSW (she/her). Maya is a clinical social worker with excellent prior experience in residential mental health care and outpatient behavioral health in a community health center setting. She has worked with a diverse range of clients from all walks of life. Her clinical areas of interest include depression, anxiety, body image and eating disorders, neurodivergence, family and relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. Maya practices within a mix of modalities tailored to the individual client's needs, and believes that the relationship between therapist and client is of paramount importance in creating a safe, comfortable space where healing and growth can happen. Maya works with adults virtually and in person in our Roslindale office.

Lucy Prothero (LCSW) is providing therapy to emerging adult and adult clients with a variety of presenting problems including depression, anxiety, OCD, relationship issues, and trauma. She is available for sessions via telehealth or in person in our Roslindale office.

Marley Sepinuck (LCSW) provides counseling to adolescents and young adults and specializes in working with clients who have eating disorders and/or body image concerns. She is available for sessions via telehealth or in person in our Roslindale office. Marley also is committed to creating safer spaces for people who identify as Jewish to process their emotional concerns.

Sarah Anderton (MHC) provides psychotherapy for adult and adolescent clients and has years of experience working with diverse student populations, LGBTQIA+ concerns, anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, identity exploration, grief, and relationships. She is available for sessions via telehealth or in person in our Framingham office.

Sheri Cheng (MHC) enjoys working with children, adolescents, and young adults with a range of presenting concerns. She has years of experience working with neurodiverse clients and also offers parent coaching services. She is available for sessions via telehealth or in person in the Framingham office.

So excited to share more wonderful new clinicians joining our team--
Laura Warwick, MS is a Mental Health Counselor specializing in Behavioral Medicine, who works with children, adults and families. She trained as a P*P in her native Brazil, and specialized in psychiatry, and now is here bringing her years of experience to our team. Laura works in English and Portuguese.
Sheri Cheng, MA, is a Mental Health Counselor who works with Teens and adults, and has experience working with depression, anxiety, ADHD, and Autism Spectrum Disorders, as well as substance use disorders, employment and transitions from involvement in the justice system. She's wonderful!
Last, and not least, Abby Donoghue, MSW is experienced at working with teens and adults from a CBT, DBT and relational perspective. She treats anxiety, depression, borderline personality disorder, substance use disorders and more- and uses a distinct strengths focus.

Please help me introduce one of our new team members, Nathan Whitson, MA (Mental Health Counseling). Nathan comes to us via NYU and Boston College, and will see clients in person in Roslindale, or folks in any MA location via TeleHealth.

Nathan has worked with clients spanning a wide range of presenting issues, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders, trauma-related disorders, and substance use.

Nathan is committed to providing empathetic, clinically-based care from a person-centered perspective, allowing clients the opportunity for introspection and self-exploration in a safe, welcoming space. In his work, Nathan draws from various therapeutic techniques, including CBT, ACT, psychodynamic theory, and mindfulness-based practices. He is passionate about the intersection of biological, psychological, and spiritual health and the role of meaning-making and individual purpose in our everyday lives. In keeping with the goals of The Leggett Group, Nathan is dedicated to practicing anti-racist and anti-oppressive clinical work and aims to provide individualized care for clients through a culturally-informed, trauma-informed lens. Nathan strives to facilitate a warm and collaborative therapeutic relationship, empowering clients to gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their world and encouraging personal growth throughout their lifespan.

Hey again neighbors! Want to introduce you to more of our new staff-- truly wonderful clinicians and humans who have space in their schedules now, but won't for long. Next up:
Sarah Anderton, M.E. Higher Ed, MS, Mental Health Counseling, (she series) is a new team member in our Framingham office, and provides in person therapy there and also virtually. Sarah comes from an education-based background, and works especially well with young people and adults who want to address emotional challenges and improve aspects of their lives. She brings a person-centered, multicultural, feminist and solution-focused approach to care, addressing anxiety, depression, learning disabilities, racism and oppression, trauma and much more. She also experienced working with neurodiverse clients, and those who have experienced religious abuse or trauma. Sarah is able to take most of our insurances, which include BCBS, Tufts, Optum, Fallon, Wellsense, Point32 and so many more. Hello there Community! We have some wonderful new folks starting at our practice soon, and I want to let you know while they have lots of schedule openings. I will introduce them one at a time, however, just call our intake line at 857-273-2124 to get started on making an appointment.
Up first:
Please welcome Faith McVicker, MEd, (School Counseling), MS (Mental Health Counseling), she/her/hers; Faith sees adolescents and adults, both in person in our Roslindale office or via Telehealth.
Faith earned her Master’s in School Counseling from Boston College and her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Cambridge College. Previously, Faith has worked in partial hospitalization programs and community-based agencies. Faith is a client-centered therapist experienced in mood-disorders, anxiety and depressive disorders, substance use disorders, eating disorders, and is seasoned in working with clients with PTSD and complex trauma. Faith uses psychodynamic therapy, CBT, DBT, solution-focused therapy, exposure therapy, and humanistic therapy in her work. Faith is EMDR trained (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). Faith emphasizes creating a safe, non-judgmental, warm, empowering space for clients. Faith creates treatment goals with the client based on their own personal wants, needs, and desires and fosters a space that allows for growth and self-discovery. Whether this is your first or hundredth therapy session, Faith is excited about the opportunity to work with you!
