👏🏻🙌🏻 Complex Breast Revision Case - Breast Implant Removal, Capsule Removal, and Replacement of Breast Implants; and Tertiary Breast Lift (Mastopexy) for severe breast asymmetry by Long Island based, board-certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Susie Rhee.

This lovely patient was dissatisfied with the appearance of her breasts after undergoing a breast augmentation and breast lift at an outside facility. She had underwent a revision surgery shortly after again with another surgeon and subsequently developed a spontaneous rupture of one of her implants.

After an in-depth consultation with Dr. Susie Rhee, our patient opted to undergo a breast implant removal, removal of capsules and replacement of new implants with a tertiary breast lift (mastopexy).

✨Asian Double Eyelid Surgery✨
Dr. Susie Rhee specializes is eyelid surgeries as well as Asian double eyelid surgery. Double eyelid surgery is a procedure that either converts a monolid to double eyelid or to correct/reposition a double eyelid. This helps to make the eyes appear brighter and refreshed and soften the overall look. Sometimes ptosis correction may be needed in addition to this procedure which is done at the same time.

This already gorgeous patient desired correction to her already existing double eyelids to create a more symmetric and brighter eyed look. She previously had eyelid trauma, which created a tethered scar and multiple eyelid folds causing asymmetry that she was unhappy with. After consultation with Dr. Rhee, patient opted to undergo double eyelid surgery to create a more crisp, defined and symmetric double eyelid crease.

Our gorgeous patient was dissatisfied with the appearance of her breasts with aging, which left her breasts deflated and droopy. She did not want implants but wanted more fullness in the superior pile of her breasts with a lifted shape.

We performed a technique referred to as “auto-augmentation” in which the patient’s own breast tissue, as opposed to an implant, is used to create a fuller superior pole resulting in a round breast shape.

Here are her befores and afters. As you can see, our patient’s breasts look soft, supple, perky and full without the use of implants and only using her own breast tissue. We are thrilled for our beautiful patient!
