n and couples therapy. I also work with athletes in preparation for competition and people coping with life stage issues such as preparing for changes in career or relationships. My office is inviting and I will approach you with sensitivity and respect. You will feel welcomed. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as well as analysis. Every session is tailored to you and respectful of your needs.
