Many situations in life can be overwhelming and challenging, but with the right support, they can be worked through. I strongly believe that therapy should be a safe place where you can feel comfortable to share your most private and intimate feelings and difficulties, without fear of judgement. I provide a supportive and empathic environment where we can work together to create meaningful changes in your life. My previous clinical experience in a variety of settings has allowed me to gain experience working with clients facing a wide range of stressors and mental health issues.
I specialize in working with women facing reproductive and maternal mental health challenges. I help women as they journey through conception, pregnancy, and early parenthood. I also have advanced training to support women and their families as they work through postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, infertility, adjustment to motherhood, pregnancy loss and infant loss.
