I am a certified Personal Life Coach, located in Long Island, NY. I provide one-on-one and group coaching to individuals who struggle with challenges often associated with ADHD, such as organization, time management, planning and prioritizing, and feelings of overwhelm -- all which ultimately lead to low self-esteem and "self-ass kicking". My philosophy is help guide the client to a better understanding of self -- of who they really are, not the behaviors that they've identified with and to establish a practice of self-love and self-care, enabling the client to truly embrace who they are, and to work together to ultimately empower the client to live a more balanced, peaceful and rewarding life -- a life of true purpose!

💡Instead of saying "I don't have time to..." try saying "I'm choosing not to..."

👉🏻Everything we do is a choice. We make time for the things we want to do; sometimes it's things that provide the dopamine hit we seek. Doesn't necessarily serve us, but we make time for it.

👉🏻When we acknowledge that we are "choosing" how we spend our time, we empower ourselves, and create an awareness of the choices we make.

Self-sabotage, whether through procrastination, perfectionism, or other self-sabotaging behavior, happens because our subconscious mind only seeks what it believes is true.

👉🏻 If you’re always late, you likely believe that you can’t be on time
👉🏻 If you struggle to get something done, you might believe that you’ll never be good enough
👉🏻 Is it that I ‘can’t’ do something or am I choosing not to (very few things are impossible to do)

Once we understand this, are aware that it's happening, and question our beliefs, we take the first step to change.

Tell them you love them. Often. Spread the 💕  Time may be limited but love is endless
