Submitting a superbill is simpler than it sounds! Here’s how it works:

1️⃣ Request your superbill from our CP team at the front desk (sign a form, receive your PDF).
2️⃣ Upload it to your insurance company’s website/app under “Submit a Claim” or “Out-of-Network Reimbursement.”

📌 Note: Reimbursement isn’t guaranteed—it depends on your individual plan. But we make sure you leave with everything you need.

Jen, a mom of 3, shared how simple it is to request a superbill after each visit and submit it directly through her insurance’s mobile app. Because her plan includes out-of-network coverage, she’s reimbursed for a portion of each visit, making her Concierge Pediatrics membership even more manageable.
