There’s nothing like fresh apples in the fall! 🍎🍏 And we’ve got the perfect recipe to share with you! 😋 It’s braces-friendly and sugar-free!

Ingredients:
・6 medium peeled and cut apples (bite size pieces)
・2 tablespoons melted butter
・1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:
・Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
・Put the apples into a medium baking dish.
・Mix the melted butter and cinnamon together and toss in the apples. Stir to ensure the cinnamon covers the apples.
・Bake until the apples are soft, about 20-30 minutes.
