Our recent announcement about our upcoming move has folks making some fun guesses, and we are getting super excited about the next chapter.

Breathe & relax with Restorative Yoga + Massage 🧘‍♀️ 💆‍♀️
This class combines gentle, supported yoga postures with hands on massage & mindful breathwork. It is designed to help your body unwind, and your nervous system to reset.
More massage than yoga, classes are held in a peaceful space with all the props you need to feel fully supported. Props are required in this restorative yoga practice.
In class, you'll be guided into a handful of postures where you will be offered gentle massage to help release tension and deepen relaxation.

Though, for ease I prefer to text which allows me to respond more reliably and thoughtfully when I have the space to do so.

Our cancellation policy helps protect everyone's time and care.
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled online up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are subject to a 50% fee. No-shows are charged the full session rate.
I do not keep credit cards on file. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, an invoice will be sent and must be paid before another session can be booked.
Extenuating circumstances are considered on a case by case basis. Weather is generally not considered an extenuating circumstance. However, if conditions look unsafe, I will typically reach out the night before to check in and make decisions together with safety in mind.
These clear policies help ensure availability, fairness and respect for everyone.
