One way I can give back - I'm hosting a Pay What You Can day for 60 minute massage or craniosacral sessions on April 13. This is my simple way to support anyone who needs care but may not be able to access it right now. No questions or judgement. ✨

Our cancellation policy helps protect everyone's time and care.
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled online up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are subject to a 50% fee. No-shows are charged the full session rate.
I do not keep credit cards on file. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, an invoice will be sent and must be paid before another session can be booked.
Extenuating circumstances are considered on a case by case basis. Weather is generally not considered an extenuating circumstance. However, if conditions look unsafe, I will typically reach out the night before to check in and make decisions together with safety in mind.
These clear policies help ensure availability, fairness and respect for everyone.

I don’t accept tips for in-office sessions. Lots of folks find this very surprising.
Like other healthcare-based services, my rates are set intentionally to reflect the care, time and experience I bring to each session.
This allows every client to receive the same level of presence and attention without any expectation or pressure.
Clear pricing keeps things simple and supports a respectful experience for everyone.
Services outside of my office are different and gratuity is never expected, but accepted if offered.
