At EmPRO, we offer a 10-week summer internship program, which is designed to bridge the gap between the classroom and the workplace.

With opportunities across departments such as Marketing, Claims, Legal Affairs, Finance, and Actuarial, our interns gain hands-on experience by working alongside seasoned professionals on real business challenges, strategic initiatives, and collaborative problem-solving. Our internship program also supports networking, learning, and cultural immersion through participation in company-wide events and summer outings.
