Bikram Yoga Roslyn's classes run seven days a week with sessions from the studio's Bikram Yoga Certified instructors. We are a favorite among the Long Island fitness community because we know each of our students on a personal level. Our studio's 3,400 square foot Bikram Yoga is equipped with a high-tech ionic air cleaning system to kill bacteria and monitors that track carbon dioxide and oxygen l

evels pumping in oxygen if levels get too low. The paint contains no volatile oxygen compounds and its floors are covered with antibacterial fabric which absorbs sweat, feels good and looks like wood. We have two beautiful locker rooms and two private rooms offering wellness services that include massage therapy, facials, meditation, and Bio Mat therapy. We also have a selection of clothes and accessories available for purchase. Let us know what we can provide to enhance your yoga experience. Our beloved snowbird has head south for the winter for the next few weeks. We'll miss you, Judy! Starting today, will be teaching Judy's weekday classes until the first week in March. Come take Johanna's Bikram class, or signature Ashtanga Vinyasa blend, or even stay for both! YES some of our amazing students have done back-to-back doubles!
