Go ahead and Google it! Every study you read says the same thing -accountability is everything!!!!!

There’s personal accountability-journaling your food, weighing yourself, writing down your workouts etc...

But the most POWERFUL form of accountability is when you have a group. A group of women going through similar experiences. Studies say even if you find one friend who is going through the same thing or supporting you in your goals -makes a huge difference in your lasting success.

Let’s look at a study.....
“Stanford University found that just by simply receiving a check in phone call, that asked about your progress every two weeks, increased the amount of exercise someone did by 78% on average.”

IN THE FALL IN LOVE WITH TAKING CARE OF YOURSELF PROGRAM We do a hell of a lot more than call you once every two weeks.

Not only will we have the opportunity to be face to face (on Zoom) every Tuesday night but we also have the OPTION to communicate with the group on a daily basis!

It’s so awesome to see how quickly a group comes together. It doesn’t take long before we become each other’s biggest cheerleaders, motivators and inspiration!!!!! These groups are crazy powerful.

One of the first things we will do in our 60 day program is take a Wellness Assessment. There are five elements of wellness: MIND BODY SOUL SLEEP AND COMMUNITY.

We will gain a clear picture of where we are thriving and where we may be nearly surviving.

Not only will we learn about ourselves but we will put baby steps into action and chose one area of our wellness to be our primary focus for the next 60 days

Here is where we will come to learn baby steps are everything!!!!!!

Little by little little becomes a lot💕

We will also retake the assessment at the end of the 60 days so we can see and acknowledge our growth.
