One important way we support resident safety and well-being is through twice-yearly Drug Regimen Reviews, where a licensed geriatric pharmacist takes a comprehensive look at each resident’s medications to ensure they remain appropriate, effective, and aligned with current health needs.

These reviews help reduce unnecessary medications, minimize side effects, and support residents in feeling their best day to day—offering added reassurance for families and an extra layer of thoughtful clinical oversight.

A strong team makes all the difference 💜✨

As the Lantern at Morning Pointe at Happy Valley prepares to open this spring, we’re excited to introduce the leadership team who will be guiding families every step of the way. Melissa Bartlett will serve as Executive Director, bringing her experience from the current Lantern wing of our Happy Valley campus. Andrea Nelson joins as Community Relations Director, and Jennifer Willingham will serve as Director of Nursing, also transitioning from the current combo building.

Together, this dedicated team is focused on creating a welcoming, supportive memory care community where residents and families feel confident, understood, and cared for from the very first visit through move-in day and beyond. We can’t wait to welcome families and watch this next chapter unfold.
