Or shopping yourself sick… Rest can be hard because we associate it with laziness, weakness, or not being enough. Resting is hard during this season of hustle and bustle. Equating busyness with productivity is something many of us have to unlearn. Just remember, you don’t have to earn rest. You are worthy of it. 💛
