Meet Erika, our Social Services Director! ✨

Originally from Orlando, FL, she brings 16 years of experience in social work, including maternal and infant health, community engagement, and advocacy. As a licensed social worker, she also holds a degree in Social Work from Auburn University and a master’s in Human Resource Management–Leadership from Capella University.

Erika’s passion is meeting women exactly where they are: walking alongside them during vulnerable moments and offering support without judgment. She’s also a wife, mom of two daughters, and a contributing author in maternal health research.

We’re so grateful for the compassion and strength she brings to our team. 🤍
