Meet the Therapist ✨
We are excited to introduce Catherine Lide, OTD, OTR/L! Catherine grew up in Marietta, GA and earned her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Georgia State University in 2025. She brings experience across a variety of settings including outpatient pediatrics, pediatric hand therapy, acute care, mental health, and neurorehabilitation.
Catherine is passionate about helping children build the skills they need to thrive in their daily lives. She uses play-based, individualized approaches to support fine and gross motor skills, self-regulation, social participation, and independence. She also completed a doctoral capstone focused on nature-based OT programs for preschool-aged children, combining her love for the outdoors with her commitment to whole-child development.
Catherine values working closely with families to ensure each child’s goals are meaningful and personalized. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys hiking, kayaking, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
