A Warm Welcome Back to Emily Schutz, OTR/L!

We’re so excited to welcome Emily back to Cobblestone Therapy! Born and raised in McDonough, GA, Emily brings a strong background in pediatric therapy and a passion for helping children thrive. She earned her Bachelor’s in Kinesiology from the University of North Georgia and her Master’s in Occupational Therapy from Georgia State University.

With experience across pediatrics, hand therapy, and acute care, Emily has worked with children diagnosed with ADHD, autism, Down syndrome, and learning disabilities. Her warm, creative approach makes her a wonderful asset to our team!

Outside the clinic, Emily enjoys life with her husband, kids, and pup—crafting, baking, and soaking up time outdoors with loved ones. 💙

A Warm Welcome to Erin Polschmidt, M.Ed, CF-SLP! 💬

We’re so excited to welcome Erin to the Cobblestone team! Erin holds a Master’s in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Georgia and brings valuable experience working with individuals of all ages. She’s passionate about delivering personalized, functional therapy that meets each person’s unique communication needs.

Her clinical interests include receptive and expressive language delays, articulation and phonological disorders, AAC, fluency disorders, and pragmatic language. Erin also values collaboration with families and professionals to help her clients thrive in every environment.

Outside of work, Erin enjoys spending time with friends and family, cooking, reading, and enjoying the outdoors. We’re thrilled to have her on board! 💙
