To me this means not only physical strength but mental strength as well. Try creating a challenge that allows you to practice discipline and a positive mindset. Meditation, breath work, and taking time to ground helps tremendously with this, even if for just a few minutes out of the day. Once your mental mind is strong, commit to actions, this could be working out regularly or something else like improving a skill set or learning something new.

While life is happening for everyone, I sit here overthinking, trying to calm myself. Of all the transitions I’ve had in my life this one is by far the hardest. That is actually answering the call to put myself back in the social media world, but this time as the new transformed woman that knows her purpose was to go through challenges so that I can be a vessel for others. The fear of judgement and vulnerability has kept me from applying my full potential of making my mark in this world. Today I went against all my fears and faced them head on. And here I am at a crossroads, having to actually deal with my challenges…. Myself. I choose to continue my path acknowledging my shortcomings and working towards inner strength and resilience. Keeping in mind this journey is baby steps and healing takes time. With this post I wish to inspire others and be inspired to keep pushing and know that you are not alone.
