We offer free consultations for first time visitors either in office or over the phone. Vita Infusions offers free 15 minutes consultations for first time clients either in person or over the phone. We also offer our IV therapies either in-office or in the comfort of your own home with our in home visits. We know lots of people have health goals and resolutions this year. If you are one of the many wanting to address health concerns, or just wanting to optimize your health, Vita Infusions is here to support you.

We are a functional medicine clinic. What does that mean? Functional medicine addresses the root cause to problems and does not offer a bandaid fix. We address underlying infection, inflammation, gut issues, hormone imbalances, amongst other things. If you’ve had health frustrations that you just can’t seem to get to the bottom of, functional medicine may be a great fit for you!

While we are not a hydration bar, we do offer several IV therapy treatments for established patients. We consider you an established patient once you have had a consultation with our provider, had lab work done, and have reviewed it with our provider.

And for the finale 🎉 our last introduction to our team is our Provider, Owner, and CEO of Vita Infusions: Chaitali Patel, better known as Chai. Chai has a background of nursing at Grady Hospital, and later realized her passion for functional medicine while pursuing her Master’s in Nursing as a Nurse Practitioner. If you have met, Chai, you know she is scary smart, has a larger than life personality, and a huge heart! Chai has been running Vita for almost 10 years, and her favorite part of functional medicine is making a true difference and long term change in patient’s lives. While Chai is not changing lives, she loves cooking, being by the ocean, spending time with her husband, or spoiling her nephews!

Meet Lisa, R! Lisa is one of our beloved Registered Nurses. She attended Emory University & has been working as a nurse for the last 28 years. She has worked in several specialties over the years but is passionate about functional medicine because it focuses on a more natural and truly healthful lifestyle, as well as providing a pathway to true healing. She loves being a nurse because it enables her to care for many people from many places and backgrounds. Outside of work, she spends time with her family, plays tennis, and loves being outdoors!
