The holiday hustle can get intense. It’s important to regulate, relax, and take a breath!

This season, give yourself permission to slow down, breathe deeper, and choose what actually nourishes you. Balance isn’t about doing everything perfectly, it’s about listening to your body, honoring your limits, and leaving room for joy that isn’t rushed or rehearsed.

Let the to-dos wait when they need to. Say yes to what feels aligned and no to what drains you. Romanticize the small things! Cherish all the slow mornings, warm drinks, soft lights, full hearts, and moments where you can just be.

We will then identify our individual and collective intentions for our time together. Participants will meet a spirit guide and be channeled through a meditative shamanic journey relevant to the season. The beat of the drum acts as the heartbeat of the universe during the shamanic journey.

After the journey you will be asked to reflect on your experience through journaling, meditating, or sharing your thoughts and feelings. You will have an opportunity to receive compassionate healing energy as directed by the facilitator.

In this event, you will be guided on how to perform the twin hearts meditation and make your chakras work together to illuminate your spirit.

During the event, we will start by performing physical exercises to open and clear our energy centers. Then we will do the guided 21-minute meditation. We will end with 5 minutes of exercise to assimilate that Divine energy.
