Due to the inclement weather conditions in the Atlanta area, our office will be CLOSED tomorrow morning Monday 1/26/26 to ensure the safety of our patients, families, and staff.

Our team is actively contacting all scheduled morning patients to assist with rescheduling their appointments.

At this time, we are monitoring weather conditions and road safety and will provide updates later regarding potential afternoon (PM) office hours. Please continue to check our website and social media channels for the most up-to-date information.

Important note for families:
CHOA Urgent Care locations will be CLOSED Sunday 1/25 through Monday 1/26. During this time, only CHOA Emergency Departments will be open at Scottish Rite and Arthur M. Blank Hospital.

A Message to Our Families About the New CDC Vaccine Schedule

As pediatricians, our first responsibility is to protect the health of your child and our community using evidence-based medicine.

In January 2026, the CDC announced major changes to the childhood immunization schedule, removing routine recommendations for several long-standing vaccines, including rotavirus, influenza, hepatitis A, hepatitis B, RSV, and meningococcal disease.

We want our families to know:
These changes did not follow the transparent, evidence-based process that has guided vaccine recommendations for decades. They were made without clear scientific justification or meaningful input from pediatric and infectious disease experts.

The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and many public health experts have expressed serious concern that these changes are dangerous and unnecessary and may:

-Increase confusion for parents
-Lower vaccination rates
-Lead to more preventable illnesses
-Put vulnerable children and our broader community at risk

Vaccines have saved countless lives. They do not just protect individual children—they protect newborns, immunocompromised patients, grandparents, classmates, and neighbors.

Here at North Fulton Pediatrics, our practice continues to stand firmly behind vaccine safety, effectiveness, and science, and we will continue to follow AAP and evidence-based recommendations when caring for your children.

If you have questions, concerns, or are feeling uncertain, please come talk to us. We believe conversations—not fear or misinformation—are how we best care for families.

We are here for you.

Holiday Hours – Christmas & New Year’s

To allow our staff time to enjoy the holidays with their families, our office will have modified hours around Christmas and New Year’s, including half-day closures on select dates.

While the office may be closed, a provider is always on call 24/7 to support our patients. Please call our office number to speak with the on-call provider, who can help guide you on whether your child should be seen at our office the next business day, visit an urgent care, or go to the emergency room.

We wish you and your family a safe, healthy, and happy holiday season!

About Us

North Fulton Pediatrics was established to provide the best possible medical care for children. From infancy through adolescence, we feel that children need the professional attention of Board Certified pediatricians who not only monitor their healthy growth and development but can also respond to the acute illnesses and accidents that unfortunately may occur.

Our physicians, nurse practitioner, and staff are here to provide all aspects of medical care ranging from routine physical exams and immunizations to diagnosing and treating a complex variety of childhood ailments. For your convenience, we also have a small lab onsite and we provide vision and hearing screenings.

Our physicians are well trained and committed to their continuing education so that your child always receives the best possible care. When necessary, we refer to some of the excellent pediatric specialists in the area.
